Order Processing Time

  • United Kingdom Customers: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–3 hours of purchase.

  • United States Customers: Orders are processed and shipped within 6–10 hours after the order is placed.

Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During busy periods or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended — we’ll notify you via email if any delays occur.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping Rates:

  • Orders over £100 qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Orders under £100 include a flat-rate charge of £9.99.

Tracking Your Order

Shipping Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or goes unclaimed at customs/post offices, it will be returned to us.
In such cases, shipping charges are non-refundable, and additional fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • For lost packages, we’ll assist in filing a claim and, where applicable, issue a replacement or refund.
